Shipping & Returns FAQs

Delivery Timeline Our standard fulfillment and shipping process typically takes 3–7 business days from the time your order is placed.

Currently, we only ship to valid residential and business addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. Territories at this time.

As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link will be sent to you automatically. You can monitor your shipment’s journey in real time.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. LOHENDEL is not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, an additional shipping fee will apply to reship the order.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Due to strict hygiene and safety standards for professional skincare, products with broken vacuum or hygiene seals cannot be accepted for a refund.

  • Only products purchased directly on lohendel.com are eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • We cannot accept items purchased from other retailers for a refund or replacement.
  • We do not offer partial refunds or refunds for products with broken seals.
  • If a package is confirmed as delivered by our logistics partners, we are unable to issue a replacement or refund for the order.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item, such as items that have been dropped, spilled, or misused.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our team at support@lohendel.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and photo of the sealed item.

Once your returned package is received at our fulfillment center, it undergoes a mandatory hygiene inspection within 48 hours. Upon approval, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
