If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can assist with a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Please include your order number in all communications with our support team for faster processing.

• We cannot accept items purchased from other retailers for a refund or replacement.

• We do not offer partial refunds or refunds for products with broken seals.

• If a package is confirmed as delivered by our logistics partners, we are unable to issue a replacement or refund for the order.

• We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item, such as items that have been dropped, spilled, or misused.
